You may use this form to notify the Department of Licensing and Consumer Protection (the Department) of a billing/mailing address change. Upon receipt by the Department, the specified Basic Business License (BBL) will be updated with the provided information within three (3) business days. It is the responsibility of the licensee to notify the Department’s Business Licensing Division of any changes to the billing/email information to avoid non-receipt of important communications. Failure to provide timely notification may result in accrual of late and/or penalty fees. If you are submitting this notification close to your BBL’s expiration date, you are encouraged to contact the Business Licensing Division, (202) 442-4311 for a renewal assessment.
