Please note that upon submission of your cancellation request, the specified Vending License, Badge or Permit will be cancelled and the authority granted therein is no longer valid. Once the Vending License, Badge or Permit is cancelled, it cannot be reactivated. If you wish to conduct this business activity at a later time, a new application, supporting documents/registrations and fees will be required.
